Exceptional view looking out over the snow front, spacious and comfortable flat on the 5th floor in a residence in the centre of Val d'Isère. You'll be able to enjoy a south-facing balcony and the fireplace area for relaxing after a sports-filled day.
Sleeping up to 6 people, the flat has three rooms, including 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 single beds + a bathroom, the second has a king-size bed + bathroom (bath, toilet), and the living room has a sofa bed with a flat-screen TV and fireplace, a separate toilet.
You will also find all the equipment you could need in the kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave) as well as a large balcony, accessible from the living room and one of the bedrooms. It is south-facing and has a 180° panoramic view of the ski slopes.
In 2 instalments (provided you book more than 31 days before your stay):
- 30% deposit on booking.
- Full balance, 30 days before arrival
In 1 instalment: Pay in full at the time of booking.
Arrival date less than 30 days: The total amount must be paid online, by credit card, at the time of booking.
For 'non-refundable' bookings, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
Any additional services added 30 days prior to the arrival date will be added to the final payment. Any additional services added after the last payment will be settled on being added.

Arrival date less than 30 days: The total amount must be paid online, by bank card, at the time of booking.
If there are any cancellations the following amounts will be charged, depending on the date of cancellation:
More than 30 days before the arrival date: 30% of the total price of the stay
Between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date: 60% of the price of the stay
Between 15 and 7 days before the arrival date: 90% of the total price of the stay
Less than 7 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total price of the stay
No-show on arrival, interruption of stay, early departure: 100% of the total amount of the stay including additional services will be charged.
